2. Buyer

The person who enters their email address at checkout and pays. The buyer's email and payment details are taken at checkout.

3. Product, price and delivery

  • Product: The Blender addon selected on the product page (digital content: a Blender extension zip, single-user license, free updates included)
  • Quantity: 1
  • Total price (all taxes included): the price shown on the product page and at checkout, in US dollars (USD)
  • Delivery cost: None (digital download)
  • Payment: Credit or debit card, processed by iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş., single payment
  • Delivery: When payment is confirmed, the download link is shown on the order page and sent to the buyer's email

4. Right of withdrawal

The product is digital content delivered instantly. Under article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the buyer has no right of withdrawal once delivery starts with the buyer's approval. The buyer gives this approval by ticking the box before payment. Independently of this, we offer a voluntary 14-day refund if the addon does not work for the buyer (see the Delivery & Refund Policy).

5. Technical requirements

Blender 4.2 or newer; the exact supported versions are listed on the product page.

6. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to support@example.com. Consumers in Türkiye can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court of their place of residence, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade.

  • Teslimat masrafı: Yok (dijital indirme)
  • Ödeme: Kredi veya banka kartı ile, iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. aracılığıyla, tek çekim
  • Teslimat: Ödeme onaylanınca indirme bağlantısı sipariş sayfasında gösterilir ve alıcının e-posta adresine gönderilir

4. Cayma hakkı

Ürün, tüketiciye anında teslim edilen gayrimaddi bir maldır (dijital içerik). Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'nin 15. maddesinin (1) fıkrasının (ğ) bendi uyarınca, alıcının onayıyla teslimata başlandıktan sonra cayma hakkı kullanılamaz. Alıcı bu onayı ödemeden önce ilgili kutuyu işaretleyerek verir. Buna ek olarak, eklenti alıcı için çalışmazsa 14 gün içinde gönüllü iade imkânı sunulur (Teslimat ve İade).

5. Teknik gereksinimler

Blender 4.2 veya daha yeni bir sürüm; desteklenen sürümler ürün sayfasında belirtilir.

6. Şikayet ve itirazlar

Şikayetler support@example.com adresine iletilebilir. Tüketiciler, Ticaret Bakanlığınca her yıl belirlenen parasal sınırlar dahilinde, yerleşim yerindeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetine veya Tüketici Mahkemesine başvurabilir.
