Distance Sales Agreement

Buyer: the person who enters their email address at checkout and completes the payment ("Buyer").

Article 2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for the sale of the digital product below, ordered by the Buyer on www.zegstore.com.

  • Product: Forgemaster (digital content: a Blender extension zip, single-user license, free updates included)
  • Quantity: 1
  • Total price (all taxes included): $12.00, in US dollars (USD)
  • Delivery cost: None (digital download)
  • Payment: Credit or debit card, processed by iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş., single payment
  • Delivery: When payment is confirmed, the download link is shown on the order page and sent to the buyer's email

Article 3. Preliminary information

The Buyer confirms that they read the Preliminary Information Form before placing the order, including the seller details, the main features of the product, the total price, payment and delivery, and the absence of a right of withdrawal.

Article 4. Delivery

The product is delivered electronically. Once the payment is confirmed, the download link is shown on the order page and sent to the Buyer's email address. The order is fulfilled at the latest within 30 days, and in practice immediately.

Article 5. Obligations of the parties

The Seller delivers the product as described on the product page, free of defects, and provides support by email. The Buyer gives a correct email address, keeps the download link private and uses the product within the terms of its license (GNU GPL v3 or later).

Article 6. Right of withdrawal

Under article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. By ticking the box before payment, the Buyer approves immediate delivery and acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal once the download link is delivered. The Seller's voluntary 14-day refund promise (Delivery & Refund Policy) remains available.

Article 7. Disputes

For disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of the Buyer's or the Seller's place of residence are competent, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.

Article 8. Effect

The Buyer accepts this agreement electronically by ticking the box and completing the payment. The agreement then takes effect, and a link to it is included in the purchase email.

Alıcı: Ödeme sayfasında e-posta adresini girerek ödemeyi tamamlayan kişi ("Alıcı").

Madde 2. Konu

İşbu sözleşme, Alıcının www.zegstore.com üzerinden sipariş verdiği aşağıdaki dijital ürünün satışına ilişkin tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerini düzenler.

  • Ürün: Forgemaster (dijital içerik, Blender eklenti zip dosyası, tek kullanıcılık lisans, ücretsiz güncellemeler dahil)
  • Adet: 1
  • Toplam fiyat (tüm vergiler dahil): $12.00; ABD doları (USD)
  • Teslimat masrafı: Yok (dijital indirme)
  • Ödeme: Kredi veya banka kartı ile, iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. aracılığıyla, tek çekim
  • Teslimat: Ödeme onaylanınca indirme bağlantısı sipariş sayfasında gösterilir ve alıcının e-posta adresine gönderilir

Madde 3. Ön bilgilendirme

Alıcı, sipariş vermeden önce satıcı bilgileri, ürünün temel nitelikleri, toplam fiyat, ödeme ve teslimat ile cayma hakkının bulunmadığına ilişkin Ön Bilgilendirme Formu'nu okuduğunu kabul eder.

Madde 4. Teslimat

Ürün elektronik ortamda teslim edilir. Ödeme onaylandığında indirme bağlantısı sipariş sayfasında gösterilir ve Alıcının e-posta adresine gönderilir. Sipariş en geç 30 gün içinde, uygulamada ise hemen ifa edilir.

Madde 5. Tarafların yükümlülükleri

Satıcı, ürünü ürün sayfasında tanımlandığı şekilde ve ayıpsız olarak teslim eder ve e-posta ile destek sağlar. Alıcı doğru bir e-posta adresi verir, indirme bağlantısını üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmaz ve ürünü lisansına (GNU GPL v3 veya üstü) uygun kullanır.

Madde 6. Cayma hakkı

Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'nin 15. maddesinin (1) fıkrasının (ğ) bendi uyarınca, tüketiciye anında teslim edilen gayrimaddi mallarda cayma hakkı bulunmaz. Alıcı, ödeme öncesinde ilgili kutuyu işaretleyerek anında teslimatı onaylar ve indirme bağlantısı teslim edildikten sonra cayma hakkını kaybettiğini kabul eder. Satıcının gönüllü 14 günlük iade taahhüdü (Teslimat ve İade) saklıdır.

Madde 7. Uyuşmazlıklar

Uyuşmazlıklarda, Ticaret Bakanlığınca her yıl ilan edilen parasal sınırlar dahilinde, Alıcının veya Satıcının yerleşim yerindeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

Madde 8. Yürürlük

Alıcı, ilgili kutuyu işaretleyip ödemeyi tamamlayarak işbu sözleşmeyi elektronik ortamda kabul eder. Sözleşme bu anda yürürlüğe girer; sözleşmenin bağlantısı satın alma e-postasında yer alır.
